If the passing occurs outside a hospital- such as in a private home, nursing home, or care facility - we handle the transfer of the deceased from the place of death to the Costalunga Street mortuary (within the Sant’Anna cemetery complex). The deceased must remain there for the required observation period to obtain burial or cremation permits.
To support you, we offer an emergency transfer service available 24/7, 365 days a year.
By calling +39 392 7372323, our operator will immediately dispatch our response team. Within approximately one hour (barring unexpected traffic conditions or concurrent calls), our staff will arrive on-site. Upon verifying the official death certificate issued by a medical professional, they will carry out the transfer to Via Costalunga.
Family members should then contact one of our offices as soon as possible to begin arranging the funeral services.
If the passing occurs in a hospital (such as Ospedale Maggiore or Cattinara), family members do not need to arrange the transfer of the deceased. In this case, simply contact one of our offices by phone or visit us in person during office hours.
Bureaucratic Support
We take care of all administrative duties following a loss - including inheritance procedures, utility cancellations, tax filings, and pension transfers - in partnership with leading industry professionals.
Floreal services
We craft all types of floral arrangements through the skilled hands of expert florists who work exclusively for us. Every arrangement is created in our dedicated floral studio, fully equipped to tailor every detail to your requests.
Death notices
We handle the publication of obituaries in the local newspapers "Il Piccolo" and "Primorski", as well as assist with any other form of funeral notice or announcement.
We provide this service completely free of commission charges.
